I change the camera size vector by window aspect radio,so the objects in the scene looks like a right aspect, but the lighting in a wrong way. see attach, how to fix it?

when the window aspect radio changes, the light's facula not alway a circle.

Maybe it's a "bug", the camere scale factor doesn't affect the light.
