it will be like this(Windows 7):
"C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2012 - 64bit\enu\UI\usericons"
3.If you have previously installed AF script v.101 recommended to delete Adv_frag_settings.ini in 3ds max root folder.
